Boot Camp and PT Info

Here you will find the schedule of the boot camp to be sure it will work for you!

For the semi-private training, we will have a google document posted for you to sign up each week (similar to the one you signed up for your assessment). Sessions will be 45 minutes in length and will have 1-3 people depending on who signs up where. There will be a Saturday and Sunday morning and afternoon option each week.
